How do I deposit money into my account?
You can deposit money into your account by clicking on the “Deposit” button located on the right of the trading platform, then selecting your preferred payment method, filling in your information and pressing the “Submit” button.
How can I withdraw funds?
In order to withdraw funds from your trading account, you are required to fill out the “Withdrawal Form” and submit it accordingly. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to be fully credited to your banking account.
Which currencies can I use to open my account with?
You can decide to open your account with one of the following currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, DKK, SEK and NOK. When registering to CryptoKartal, you will be requested to select the currency you wish to trade with. Please note that once you’ve selected a currency, it cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my withdrawal request?
Yes, you have exactly 24 hours to cancel your withdrawal request. Please contact our Customer Support in order for your withdrawal amount to be credited back into your trading account.
Why was my deposit declined?
There may be several reasons for your deposit to be declined:
1. The deposit form was filled incorrectly.
2. Your bank/credit card provider needs to approve your transaction.
3. You used an expired credit/debit card.
4. You have insufficient funds in your bank/credit/debit account.
5. You’ve tried using a payment method we currently don’t accept.
